We found Erin on realtor.com and she definitely lived up to her reputation and to her reviews. Erin was knowledgeable, professional and easily accessible by phone or text (we were not local to the area). We sold our home a few days after we listed it and this was due to Erin’s suggested pricing strategy and to her excellent marketing skills both online and with other local agents. I would definitely work with her again and would refer others to her.

As a Realtor, it is so refreshing to see an agent like Erin. We recently went to settlement together and she is the type of agent we should all try to be. She was quick to respond throughout the entire process and knew her listing front to back. Thanks Erin for a great transaction!

Erin has been an absolute pleasure to work with! Finding your first home can be such a confusing, and daunting task, but Erin’s diligence with finding information on the properties we were interested in, made us comfortable, and confident to make our decision with the home we settled in! She was thorough, encouraging, and poignant through this whole process. We highly recommend Erin to first time buyers, or any buyers, or sellers!
