Awful receptionist had to move due to lack of help.
I wouldn't even say a one absolutely disgusting behaviour from the reception who are supposed to be first point of contact. Never listen to. You and talk in an aggressive manner. One can never get through and never get an appointment. Apparently the Web for e consultation is never active and nor is the app to make an appointment. Only got told that they take on only 4 e conultant appt a day. The reception need to change they'd attitude n behaviour when talking to patients
Rude staff working with no professionalism I think they don't have a good rapport and good communication between them In my opinion, having worked in the NHS for several years, this practice requires more team communication and more patience and knowledge of practice policy and NHS SERVICE standards
