Terrible customer service. They do not answer the phone nor did they return my calls. I left several messages. And they have not responded to my emails either.
Bought a variety of Easter Egg bracelets. The green and blue ones were shown online to be much deeper coloration. They look totally different in person. I brought the order into the store (despite living over 2 hours away) to see if the order was mixed up, since none of the items are labeled. I was told the bracelets were correct. Since they had none of the actual deeper colored ones look like the ones online, I requested a refund. I was told "only store credit; no refunds."
