Bill and his team went above and beyond to figure out why my dome lights weren't working properly. They stayed in touch every step of the way, and didn't give up until they got them working!

I bought a truck there 2 weeks ago that the heater wouldn’t blow hot air in and brought it in to have the issue resolved. I left a poor review on the all channels I could find because they marked up my car (that I also bought here btw) 66% I traded in on the truck even though they wouldn’t budge on the numbers when trying to negotiate because I though the payment was higher then it should be. Went to ask about some services and the attitude was so rude. I was asking for a quote and the guy wouldn't even give me a quote just said it wasn't gm so it was going to be expensive when I didn't ask that, I wanted a quote. They need better customer service skills. Maybe that's why they have no customers and are all just sitting or standing around doing nothing.
