I had my silverado in for service and also had a radio problem. They recreated the issue and couldn't find why. They were creating a case with Chevrolet and said they would let me know what the answer was. After 3 weeks hearing nothing I called to find out. I was told the service writer was not in till Monday and would call me then. We'll tomorrow is Thursday and still no call back. I have never had this experience with ericksons before. Getting quite frustrated.
I had an appointment at 7:15, and I didn’t receive any feedback on any diagnostic until I called to verify. By noon, I made a call to find out that more testing would be done when the technician returned from lunch. Another few hours later I called again only to find out that my car would be kept overnight to make sure the issue of moisture wouldn’t return.
