I called late in the day for walk-in, but there wasn't anything available. I was offered an appointment with a doctor for the very next day. I had plenty of time options. When I met with the doctor, she took the time to get to know me on a personal level. Something I haven't even got from my primary care doctor from my home community. Takes over a month to get bloodwork back . (Still waiting since November 4th) Receptionist was extremely rude. Tried to rebook a phone appointment and she couldn’t tell me when the doctor was in but stated well she dosent work those hours . (Without actually telling me what hours she does work.) I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of care and attention provided by all the staff here from the doctors to the nurses to the kitchen staff. The building may look like an unhappy place but the people who work there make up for it in spades.
