Erik is a magician! I have a custom designed and cast platinum wedding band that got a little bit squished/misshapen that I wanted fixed and resized. I was worried because the design on it isn't a single band, its bones. Erik already had a game plan just from looking at photos I sent him and from a very brief phone call. Erik is the real deal! We found Erik by word of mouth through the neighborhood. We made an appt. W/him and came out of there w/big smiles and anticipation of the finished product. Erik was very patient while we decided what we wanted to do w/some jewelry pieces that we no longer wanted. We designed something and the product was complete on the promised date and we made some money by selling some gold too. If you want an honest jeweler and does in house, not LA Warehouse quality, Erik is your guy!
I was so thrilled to find Erik today through a Google search, I was looking for someone that had five star reviews and quite a few of them. Erik's location is very close to where I live so I decided to pop over and bring my ring for a little bit of repair, not realizing that he is actually by appointment only, but he graciously allowed me to come in and meet with him since he wasn't with a client at the time.
