I made a last minute appointment with Erik to get a Necklace fixed and not only did he stay after closing but also helped fixed the necklace the same day. You can tell he truly cares about the customer and I couldn’t be more grateful! I’d definitely recommend getting your Jewelry fixed/worked on by him.
I ended up stopping by to get a quick adjustment on my wife's wedding ring. When I showed up I discovered that services were by appointment only, but Erik was courteous enough to briefly chat with me. I ended up not using Erika services, but I'll definitely reach back out in the future. Great customer service and he followed up with me later that day.
