Rude customer service. Not properly staffed.
Mustard sandwich... I asked to swap the goo for mustard, and they put so much mustard on the sandwich you can't even taste anything else. This is gross; it's very frustrating to pay nearly $20 for a sandwich and arrive at home with this garbage.
Erik's Scotts Valley always provides the freshest food at a great price. I've been enjoying the Pilgrims Progress for 45 years, and it's still consistently delicious! Great people at this location too!
