Always good. Fast and friendly. Love the raging bull sandwich and carrot cake.
I had terrible experience here. The manager i think told me i had to order from the menu no substitution. When I asked him about it he mumbled and then went away doing his work and ignored me. I used to come here regularly as the sandwiches are good, but now its creepy to me. Oh, I posted on yelp and corporate apologized and sent me a code for free sandwich. I went in today and I must say the type of customer service I got was amazing!!! Didn’t get her name but was a short Hispanic lady!! She went above and beyond to help me find some jalapeños chips(she went to the back to check) also her attitude was just amazing!!!
