Ordered the California crunch for take out. The bread was cold and dry, as if it was old and just removed from the refrigerator. I did ask if it could be toasted which it wasn’t, but I atleast expected the bread to taste fresh and be softer. I’ve had Erik’s deli before and I can say their quality has gone down. Tragic.
