I tried ordering a bike online from Erik’s because their website showed it was in stock. Unfortunately, they never shipped it out — even after waiting for over a week. I called multiple times and was repeatedly told by Cole and Christopher it would ship that day or the next, but that promise was broken three different times. In the end, I had to cancel my order out of frustration. Very disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company if you expect reliable communication or timely shipping.

Terrible customer service, had to over pay by $20 for my scooters inner tube that I already had to reorder two times. The guy at the location admitted that he did tell me I could buy which ever one on amazon since they didn't have the specific dimensions needed at any store. When I brought the inner tube to the store, he informed me that they probably wouldn't be able to use the inner tube since it had a straight valve.
