I am extremely disappointed with how ERIK’S handled my situation. I purchased a $2,499.99 bicycle that was marked as delivered, yet the receiving commercial location confirmed they never physically received the package. From the beginning, the consistent response I received was that because I did not purchase their optional package protection, there was nothing they could do. I tried ordering a bike online from Erik’s because their website showed it was in stock. Unfortunately, they never shipped it out — even after waiting for over a week. I called multiple times and was repeatedly told by Cole and Christopher it would ship that day or the next, but that promise was broken three different times. In the end, I had to cancel my order out of frustration. Very disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company if you expect reliable communication or timely shipping.
