this is the worst hotel i’ve stayed at by far, beds were moldy and stinks, mattress literally is folding in, sebastian is nice guy but hotel was terrible DO NOT STAY HERE WITH FAMILY OR ANYONE
I was finishing an incomplete booking through an external website, for confirmation and payment. By the time of confirmation, seemingly rooms had been booked by other customers and as a result my booking was downgraded to something unsuitable - for the same price as my original search and choice, and an extremely similarly worded room.
