I’m sharing my personal experience. I came in to dissolve some hyaluronic acid in my face. I was told the price would be between $100 and $300 depending on the area. They charged me the maximum amount for only a small part of what I needed dissolved, and then scheduled another appointment 4 weeks later. What they never told me is that the second appointment would be charged again at the full price. 5+! I’ve been a patient at this clinic, and specifically Dr. Summers, for many years. I have a lot of sun damage from never wearing sunscreen, rosacea, and have had skin cancer x 2. Dr. Summers is a professional. I’ve been in the healthcare profession for nearly 45 years as an RN and APRN. The clinic is clean, and the cosmetic treatments have been instrumental in repairing a lot of the sun damage. I’d look at your skin needs as a journey. It’s a daily routine that she will help you home in on.

My facial skin problem is complicated. I've been turned down by multiple doctors for treatment for years. Dr. Summers took me on and has been nothing short of phenomenal. She and her team have been so kind, compassionate, and encouraging. Walking into a cosmetic dermatologist when you don't have typical looking skin is intimidating and perhaps embarrassing. I am so very grateful for the care and extra mile(s) she and her team have gone to help me feel better in my skin. I wished I could give 10 stars!

This doctor requires a $100 booking fee that is supposed to go towards treatment. I missed my appt due to a family emergency and I called to see if they could reschedule. I was told that the doctor would only do so with another $100 booking fee therefore forfeiting the original $100. I understand the reasoning behind requiring the $100 but to be unwilling to work with someone when something unavoidable comes up is very bad business. Very disappointed that Dr Summers does not have better client customer service.
