I went there for the first time for a Brazilian and Marcela taught me a breathing technique and it went super smooth Really happy with my experience will go there again.
Hey everyone good morning, listen I have been going here for three years I love them ladies. They have great personalities. Great customer service they or very professional for my first time ever going there which was three years ago. I was scared. I never had ever got wax before but Erika ❤️ was kind, respectful and calm. She went above and beyond for me and I appreciate her for that but my girl Marcella I love her down 🫶🏾🫶🏾
Marcela was very patient with me. We did breathing techniques to help calm and ease my mind . She made me laugh as well. The price is amazing for the type of wax and the almond oil they use after the wax is so soothing and healthy for the skin.
My wife came here today for a waxing service, and the actual service itself was very good. The technician, Marcela, did a great job, and my wife was happy with the results. Unfortunately, what happened afterward completely ruined the experience. After paying, my wife noticed she was charged $34 even though the service was listed as $28 on their website, with no explanation for the price difference.
