If negative was an option that’s what this place would get. Absurd how rude. Hours online and on the door said they were open. Tried to go in and the door was locked. They stared at us from right on the other side of the door and did not acknowledge??? Bizarre.
This place SUCKS!! do NOT go here and waist your time to even knocking on the door. Store was locked and a couple of people were inside the owner didn’t even bothered to open the door and totally ignored us . Well she lost a big sale I will never bother to even look at the store again and NOT EVEN RECOMMEND IT. DONT EVEN WAIST YOUR TIME People . This store with this type of customer service shouldn’t even be here in our beautiful downtown Clermont Fl ..
Erika’s Tea Room is outstanding! This is a place to go with family, a friend or small group and enjoy a variety of delicious foods from scrumptious scones (that are better than any British scones) to fresh sandwiches with her very own twist to each one, amazing homemade soups and incredible desserts.
