Made an appointment with Erika, got there 10 mins early. There was a lady there that told me she was going to text Erika to let her know I was there. 10 mins after she told me Erika forgot about the appointment! Very unprofessional! Literally wasted my gas and most importantly my time ! ! !

They literally squeezed me in with same day appointment! Within like an hour to close! I couldn’t believe it, finally had break between kids and work and William OMG I am so in love with my hair. Everyone there is so incredible and personable and they actually care about you and have passion for what they do. I’ve never been to a salon like this and now I’ll never go back to another one! My hair is back! Thank you so much William you are incredible!
