Went in to the appointment knowing I had shingles because I've had it before. However, just because it didn't present in the typical way, she just would not listen and dismissed it as "just a rash". After a week and a half of pain, 2 different antibiotics, a round of steroids, she finally prescribed an antiviral. However she clearly still didn't get it because she refused to prescribe pain meds beyond 9 pills "for just a rash" which is offensive.
