Dr. Mowers is fantastic, kind, professional and highly skilled. I consulted Dr. Mowers to perform surgery for permanent birth control to replace my arm implant. She suggested a bilateral salpingectomy as opposed to a tubal ligation because she explained a salpingectomy reduces the risk of ovarian cancer.
