She does not listen to some patient
Dr. Martinez is great but her assistant is really bad! She doesn't do a good job filling pre authorizations for studies and prescriptions. My sleep study was denied by my insurance because she forgot to put my height and weight. Are you kidding me??? I had to go to another clinic to get someone competent!
If you need a good caring doctor, Dr. Erica Martinez Uribe is awesome! Her nurse Kate is wonderfully. Only good experiences for the past 5 years.
