Dr. Martinez is an outstanding dentist but I received an unexpected bill in the mail. If you go there, don’t expect them to check what your insurance will cover…in my case, I was told checking coverage is my responsibility but this was after the service is done and I’ve already received a bill in the mail. Also, I was told that starting next year they will be charging more than the negotiated rate with the insurance company whenever they want to. Dr Martinez and her staff are the best in Weston, by so far and beyond! Dr Martinez is so knowledgeable and so in tune with your concerns as a patient, she is perfectly adept with the expertise and demeanor that you need! She is a perfect dentist! Lorraine is an expert and a saint when doing your exams and the rest of the staff are just so nice and understanding! This is the only dentist and practice I would ever recommend! For once, I am not dreading my next appointment! I wish I found them sooner!
