I've had negative experiences with many Kaiser Permanente professionals, but I do appreciate Dr. Barbero. She seems genuinely concerned about me as her patient, and does her best to listen to my health-related struggles. I feel like she takes me seriously whenever I discuss anything with her, and she's willing to order lab tests and refer me to specialists whenever it may be helpful.
