Very rushed experience, arrived late to the telehealth appt, she interrupted a lot and tried to end the appt and seemed annoyed I was asking lots of questions.
Dr. Madrigal Hoyos is excellent. I've had an upper endoscopy procedure and colonoscopy performed by her and she is highly skilled and professional.
Dr. Madrigal is amazing. She is kind, incredibly smart/educated, patient, caring, and follows up with results. Yes, the hold times are frustrating, but that is almost everywhere during the pandemic. Phone issues are not a reflection of this amazing doctor!
I was on hold for 40 minutes. When my call was answered the receptionist was “laughing”. I immediately told her that I was on hold for 40 minutes and she was anything but professional.
