We have used Erika twice now, and would absolutely recommend. We moved from out of state to Myrtle Beach and she was there to answer all of our questions about buying and about the area itself. We are moving back out of state and we used Erika for our home sale, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We would absolutely recommend Erika!
Erika helped us through the purchase of our last two homes. She did an amazing job of walking us through the sale step by step, and she helped us catch a lot of problems in the walk-through that we would never have caught ourselves.
We used Erika twice now and she’s been awesome! We used her when we first moved to the area and we were navigating Covid and she was great with sending us videos while we lived in another state. She made the process of buying our first home so easy and was always quick to answer our questions and walk us through everything. We just used her to sell our house and she was a great advocate for us. Would highly recommend her!

I wish I could give Erika more than 5 stars! For someone with a little over 3 years of experience, her vast knowledge and mature professionalism are astounding. She was available day and night for every single question we had, graciously held our hands through the process, and was our biggest advocate when it came to dealing with other parties in the transaction.
