While Dr Ingles is a good doctor, his office staff are terrible. They do not call you with your results, they do not answer their phone, they do not follow through on making/cancelling perscriptions and they have even scheduled for wrong tests. Can't get an appt for months, do not repsond timely when medical situation is critical.
