A complete joke of a mediator. She spent the first 5 minutes of the Zoom meeting talking about a personal matter, which was relevant to no one but her. She was overtly biased. She worked against the complainant the entire time and was clearly working on behalf of the employer in an attempt to drum up more future business. She repeatedly minimized complainant’s claims and persuaded him to take a low-ball offer. Just totally unprofessional. Also thoroughly enjoys hearing herself talk. No agreement was reached.
