I am beyond disappointed in the way, I am treated with her receptionist person at the front desk. The lady’s name is Robin. She is super rude and doesn’t help at all when I call. She won’t let me talk to the doctor. She won’t let me talk to a nurse she won’t get me to anyone regarding my PFML paperwork and it’s been well over a month now.
