ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!! Had a few questions in regards to permanent retainers and not only did the lady completely try to run me off since I wasn’t receiving my treatment with them but every time I tried to meet her in the middle she shot me down! I moved from out of state and was in need of a new orthodontist, haha now I know where I’m NOT going. Hope y’all stay in business when your running off new patients 😂
