OMG! my experience was great. From being able to get in last min by chance, customer service, to the results of my fur baby’s groom everything was phenomenal. His last groom messed up his coat so bad and they were able to work what I call a miracle on him lol. I’m kind of afraid to let anyone else touch him now. We will definitely be back when we come back to this side of town.
We have been coming here for 2 years. We have a dedicated groomer who sees our dogs every time. She is amazing. The grooming is amazing. The care of our dogs is amazing. The Front Desk is super professional. We love it here!
As a first time customer, I was very happy and pleased with how my golden doodle came out! Not sure if I’m spelling her name right, but Kess groomed my doodle and she did a phenomenal job! She asks what I was looking to do, and she fully delivered! Definitely the most pricey cut I’ve ever had for my dog, but I’d rather pay for quality than take chances. The team was also very friendly and kind. Would recommend to anyone !
