Good work, kind, and informative.
Eric did a fantastic job in my Manhattan apartment, cleaning the chimney, and documenting with photos of every step in his process. (I had never seen where our chimney comes out on the rooftop, but he went all the way up there and sent a photo!) Erik was friendly, communicative, and responsive. We’ve been using Erik Thoren as our chimney cleaner for 7 years and have always been satisfied with his excellent customer service and chimney cleaning. We live on an island off the coast of Maine and he comes every summer. It’s not easy to travel out here with all of his equipment, so we appreciate that he makes the effort and provides such a valuable service to the island. We would always recommend him to any friends or family who are looking for chimney cleaning!
I recently had a fireplace insert installed. Couldn’t get a decent fire started in it. Eric was able to get the insert working correctly and do a terrific job getting my chimney cleaned up. Thank you Eric! See you next year for a chimney sweep.
