My husband had a recent visit to ER with this doctor. I dont know if he was overwhelmed when it was my husband's turn to see him or he was using his best judgement based on what he is used to seeing. Meaning he didnt do a thing!! I have never experienced such a rude and arrogant doctor. I totally understand treat and release procedures for ER. I totally understand its busy. I'm currently in the ER with my mom and Dr. Sundell is unlike any doctor I've ever encountered. He has brought my mom blankets and water. He even brought me water. Doctors would usually feel like that's beneath them, but not this one. He was very kind and very thorough. I would make him my personal care physician if he wasn't an ER doc. 2 thumbs up.
