Erik is the best agent to work with. Knowledgeable. Professional. He gets the work done when no one else can and goes above and beyond. I would not use anyone else.
One star should be -5. .. had us list house for 100k below originally aggred price. Then said house needs be emptied to show it, we still live here.. he spent very very little on advertising, I asked for proof and receipts for advertising, witch never received.. because he did not do it. He said all over the internet, that is from 3rd party websites pulling info from the MLS. He did not do it, that cost him zero.
