I was seen by Dr. Shraga on 8/8/20, at the Peninsula Medical Center in Burlingame. He was very thorough and detailed oriented about my Health Issues. He is a Great Emergency Doctor and had given me specific directions for my needs. He was also on top of his professional medical knowledge and would have love to chose him as my primary physician/ Emergency Doctor. I was Happy and Grateful to have met him because of his Attentive Demeanor. Thank you, Dr. SCHRAGA for your services. I appreciate it wholeheartedly.
He seemed to be more interested in his cell phone and computer monitor. We barely saw him. As we were leaving, the nurse had to go back out a couple of times to get answers to our questions and he was just outside. I felt his level of attention was below par by a long shot. He was impatient when he first saw my husband and he only stuck his head in briefly to say it was a kidney stone. The rest of the staff seemed quite helpful. Some patients require a little more time to answer questions.
