I have been a patient for years. Someone processed my daughters insurance incorrect and claims they called and sent letters for a year ( meanwhile she's been to see the Dr during all the "communication" attempts) and nothing was said! They REFUSE to go back and process the correct information and both people I spoke to are just RUDE! SHAME ON YOU! So she tells me I'm in collections so I call, big shock they don't have a record for me. She ( the office manager) calls me back to say " your daughter can be seen but you owe $80"... read more
Whoever answers there phone is rude they gave me the wrong script then when I called and told them they gave me the wrong stuff the person on the phone was very rude I don’t appreciate that at all this is why your losing people coming to your office cause some of your staff is rude who talks to people like and tells me I haven’t filled out script in a month when the pharmacy I use sent it to them twice in one day
I love Dr. linda and all the staff! Been going here since they opened and can't imagine seeing another doctor! I feel more like family then a patient!
I called in the morning(1/2/17) and office got me right in for 12:15pm appointment. It was crowded that's for sure being a long holiday weekend. I seen Dr. Linda and she came in listened to what I had to say wrote scripts for me and I was on my way to pick them up. lol silly me forgot to get doctors note for work. I'll be calling office shortly. Again, thanks for being there yesterday Dr. Linda.....
