Erik Cooper never logged into our zoom video appointment and never contacted me to explain his absence. This is unacceptable for a mental health worker, especially since I obviously am in a fragile mental health state, otherwise I would not have contacted him.

Eric seems to be overwhelmed and unorganized. VERY DIFFICULT to contact and get a call back. Did a decent job in the one session I attended with my adolescent, but its hard to tell if the therapy he is providing is addressing the issues. I suspect he is a good therapist when and if he is able to address his own time management issues
I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. All of my questions were answered completely thoroughly. I felt like I definitely learned a lot. No, I wasn't impressed Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them.
