Dr. Ortega explained Barrows' new Ai appointment recording format which I easily understood and agreed to use. I was surprised at how well the system worked. As a result, we both paid attention more resulting in a detailed and accurate visit summary. I have been Dr. Ortega's patient for 8 years.
He saved my live. He gave me answers when other doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. I had lots most of my mobility and I was using a walker. I had to have someone with me at all times to take care of me. Dr. Ortega was the one neurologist that had experience with my diagnosis.
