Horrible experience. Treated me like I was the problem when I was in severe pain for months. Ended up in 2 surgeries thanks to his lack of attention. He had more interest in his vacation!
The office staff is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. One of the first things I noticed was that he was irritated, bothered, and rushed, possibly by personal stress or the number of clients he had booked for the day. He seemed not to like the position I was lying on the dental chair and asked me rudely to “scoot down; you have to scoot down!” with the dental assistant also repeating the exact request afterward. I understood the reasoning behind his request and quickly moved down the chair to be in the preferred position... read more
I brought my son in for a consultation for wisdom teeth. The “consult” lasted about 3 minutes at the most. The doctor kept coughing and he spoke so fast it was hard to comprehend what was being said. The nurses and front were very nice and accommodating and the nurse who took us back explained to us more about the procedure. Upon checkout I heard the doctor still coughing in the other rooms and I decided to not schedule anything at this time. I didn’t feel comfortable with the physician.
My son had an appointment with Dr. Sayles for evaluation of wisdom teeth removal. He walked into the room and without introducing himself, asks if we have any questions, before he even started explaining the procedure. He then, without washing his hands or putting on gloves, grabs a tongue depressor, and looks into my son's mouth! I was speechless! And this doctor was coughing. Although the doctor was wearing a mask, he pulled the mask down to talk to us. And we heard him coughing incessantly while we were waiting in the wai... read more
just total loser.
ended up having two surgeries after having him remove a tooth. Do not recommend
Dr. Sayles explained the procedure for extraction and bone graft. Everything went as planned. Shanay assisted him and she was great!
I had a flap on my inner lip from biting. It kept getting caught when I ate. It hurt. I needed an oral surgeon to remove it. I found Dr. Sayles to be polite and confident in what needed to be done. His staff was friendly. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment or waiting to be seen. We scheduled the surgery for a later date. While I am not a fan of numbing my lip it didn’t really hurt. He used a topical anesthetic first and then stuck me with the needle. The surgery was quick and painless. Dr. Sayles advised the tissu... read more
My experience with Dr. Sayles was horrible. He was more interested in his upcoming vacation than my well being. I unfortunately ended up getting two surgeries as a result of his gross incompetence. Don't bother trying a lawyer, they just lied and there was nothing a lawyer could do. This ..and I hesitate to use the term doctor...is totally incompetent. Go to anyone else but don't let this butcher touch you.
