Mr Erik Fraser is a reasonable, honest lawyer. His law clerks are fantastic. He is 5 out of 5, he has a nice law office with alot of free parking as well
Anyone but this lawyer. I would strongly not recommend if you’re a new immigrant or if your partner is outside Canada. I explained my situation clearly two months before closing—my wife was not in Canada, her visa was in process, and she might not arrive in time. He said it could be handled online. After that, there was zero follow-up—no calls, no emails—just a 150-page document sent by mail with no guidance.
