I was referred to this office by my dentist for a gum graft. They quoted me nearly $7,000 for the procedure, which was roughly ten times what I was quoted at a nearby periodontist's office. I did not have the procedure here, and then over a year after my initial consultation they sent me a bill for $285, claiming that my insurance actually didn't cover the consult (they told me it would when I checked in). Dr. Erik Low performed gum surgery for me. He explained the procedure in detail. I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure and healed in the time expected. All the staff are also very helpful and always get a live person when I call. I highly recommend Dr. Low.
Dr. Chan performed gum graft surgery on me this year, he did an excellent job! Everyone in the office was helpful & kind. Ten out of ten recommend.
