I had an excellent experience with Dr. Erik Low for both my consultation and procedure. He is a top-notch clinician who genuinely cares about patient outcomes. I was impressed by how efficient the operation was, and Dr. Low took the time to walk me through the recovery process in great detail. The office uses the latest dental technology, which made my recovery incredibly smooth. Highly recommend!

First the bad: Dr. Low/his office is hella expensive. They have modern equipment and lots of support staff, so I get it, but even with senior citizen and no insurance discounts, my wallet felt molested. Their consultation, late, and rescheduling fees are draconian. Now the good: excellent communication: prior, during, and followup. I have relied on Dr. Low for 10+ years to manage my gum disease. He runs an amazingly efficient, friendly and most importantly very competent in all aspects: regular cleanings, clear insurance coverage & out of pocket quotes (no surprises), and most recently successful gum surgery. For both pre and post surgery, Dr Low and his staff gave me clear instructions and expectations. I would highly recommend him!!

This is an impressive office. Very professional, friendly, and well run front and back office. Dr Low is fantastic, very thorough and excellent at what he does. He explained the pre and post operative procedure and answered all my questions. My procedure itself was seamless, they thought of everything to make the surgery as painfree and stressfree as possible. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
