Erik Johnson Tile redid my pool and spa with glass tile at the waterline. I was working with a pool contractor who hired Erik Johnson Tile for this part of the remodel. The top row of tiles started popping off soon after the remodel. I researched this problem and discovered there needs to be a joint betweent the tile and the deck. They charged a lot and did not live up to there word. Asked them at the time what happens if these tile pieces start popping off? The tiler said he would come back and repair them at no additional cost, but assured me that these will never come off. After they started coming off like domino's and I called them they wanted 120.00 minimum. Said we don't guarantee repair work.

Tile looked great when complete, but later the tile all fell off. They were not responsive. Said Erik would be out for several weeks so I left a message. He never returned my calls.
