Great young man leaving San Luis Obispo. We are in great need of such caring, professional medical doctors on the Central Coast. So sorry Dr. Van Houten will no longer be here in SLO but he is putting his family needs first. Admirable man.

From the Ladies at the front desk to Laura the Medical Assistant to Dr. Van Houten, all are professional, kind and knowledgeable. Dr.Van Houten is very present when he is with me and my husband. He answers all our questions and looks for solutions to our medical issues. He actually cares about his patients. The only con to this office is the NP, she is none of the above. Stay clear of G.F.
