As a licensed social worker who attempted to engage a therapist through this organization, I am appalled at the way this agency does business. They are unresponsive, they billed for services not provided, and after an intake interview in November, I still had no therapist assigned by January and did not receive a single (not ONE) phone call to schedule and none of my emails or calls were returned.
