I took my son to see Dr. Bayona, when he was practicing at Palouse Psychiatry/Pediatric, for over a year. He was always professional, kind, and listened to my son. He helped my son grow past some issues (my son is adhd and autistic) and made sure to watch his medications to be sure things were working properly. I never felt disrespected. I appreciated that he clarified things regardless if I already knew the information, because I knew he wanted to be sure I didn't miss something. I normally wouldn’t write a review, but this provider deserves it. I would not recommend going to this provider, especially as a female. He does not think reading chart notes are necessary, does not understand boundaries, does not understand what trauma informed care is. He also will mansplain to you how insurance works and complain about his tasks rather than treating you. He had zero respect for my time and he laughed in my face when I asked him to fill out a Release of information so he could speak to another doctor. Have... read more
