I first connected with Erik Bartush Insurance in the spring when my insurance was up for renewal and I was looking for a competitive quote. The office was close to my home and I went in there to consult. John Arnaud was very helpful, first, by listening to my needs, and then advising me on the products/features that would provide me peace of mind. Other than the professionalism the office represents, I also particularly like that State Farm offers monthly payment option without incurring any additional fees.
Stephanie Katter is awesome! She got back to me right away when I needed my policy sent over and is always so friendly! Definitely recommend this office when people are shopping around for insurance!
Unless they are selling me something, absolutely useless. I've had little to no assistance any time I reach out for help. Re: your response. Yeah, that was my response after I told you that you needed you reach out to the repair shop before anything could happen 3 days after the accident and still had no response...and then you proceeded to say "call corporate for anything else" Just because I say "thanks" doesn't mean you always help me with all my insurance needs.
Called the office with an issue with my mortgage company and they answered my call, questions and resolved the issue within 15 mins! Stephanie was great! Thank you
