I have another Internist who I typically see at BRC. She wasn’t available the day I tried to schedule. I used My Chart to communicate with my Internist’s nurse. She set me up with Dr Sowell. I arrived 15 min early as instructed. I waited a bit to see Dr Sowell. He was personable and helpful. He took the time to tell me options for treatment and answered my questions.
Needed a doctor quick. Dr. Sowell was available. Great bedside manner. Would have him as my doctor if I didn't already have one at BR Clinic.
Very thorough, listened thoughtfully, and gave me great plan of care.
