Excellent service levels with both front line staff and Optometrist. I found them very friendly, super competent and priced fairly with higher end products available.
Very warm and welcoming reception staff as is Dr. Li. He did a wonderful job working with my son who is on the Autism spectrum. He was very kind, so patient with him and gave my son a very positive experience. It's not very often he likes doctors, but he is very much looking forward to his next visit. Highly reccomend!
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit as the clinic is very organized, bright and clean. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. When picking up my new glasses, without asking her, Angela replaced the nose pieces for a more customized fit for me. They care about your eyes and your comfort. I highly recommend Erie Street Eye Clinic to everyone.
Super impressed. Billed directly to my benefits, friendly, timely, clean, courteous, they obviously know what they’re talking about. I went in because I was concerned about a floating black spot in my eye and was reassured about it, given a full eye test. The pupil dilation wasn’t fun but it was necessary. The only negative thing I can comment on is the parking lot. Tiny, and awkward….but free, and people make it work!
Been going to Erie Street Eye Clinic for years - extremely happy with the renovated clinic - Dr Huxtable was very thorough with his exam, very friendly. His staff, especially Michael, was very helpful when it came to picking out my new glasses. Very knowledgeable and accommodating, ordering in a second colour of the frame I wanted so I could compare. Very reasonable prices, extremely happy with my experience this week
