I had an ultrasound done yesterday by Amanda at the Walker Rd. location. She was very professional yet also friendly. I appreciated both attributes as any sort of scan isn't pleasant. I've had some technicians with zero personality so she was a lovely change!
If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would. I had scheduled my 20 week scan with this clinic and while I was on vacation for about 2 1/2 weeks, the clinic called me while I was out of the country with no phone service and then because I didn’t answer to confirm my appointment cancelled my appointment that I had booked months ago, even though they have a cancellation policy that if you don’t show up, they charge you a fee. Extremely rude when you call. Watch out for the cancellation scam where they tell you that they are cancelling your appointment but you end up with a $120 surprise charge next time you need imaging.
