Went in a couple times for pregnancy ultrasounds. It's true, appointments seem to be on a take it or leave it base most of the time, which doesn't surprise me considering the healthcare situation in Windsor/Ontario. Technicians and staff were always nice though and I never felt rushed during the appointments.
I had xray today, office is very nice and clean but the only concern I had is the reception at the front desk was very loud I could hear her from the hallway I was standing in. Other issues I had was I believe to be a ultrasound or xray tech that was complaining about their patient. For future reference don't talk about other patients we can all hear you.
Came here for my NT and anatomic, the staff were super friendly and patient. The pictures’ quality is amazing. Highly recommend this place to everyone
I attended in person to book an ultrasound and Xray for a hand injury. Initially I was given an appointment over a month away. The staff listened to my concern and figured out how long both procedures would take and found a small opening a few days away. I appreciate the time she took to fit me in sooner. She even entertained my silly antics and jokes about working and typing with one hand.
