Very rude staff aswell as they always have machines down or not enough people. They always have signs up saying they aren’t accepting people
I’ll start by saying the staff themselves were great. As for the wait times … absolutely unbearable!! Got there before they opened at 9 AM and waited 4 hours to be seen! For an appointment that took no longer than 20 minutes that is appalling. From reading the other reviews, it seems like this is a reoccurring theme. Most of us with day jobs can’t afford to lose out on half a day of work to wait around. As a suggestion, perhaps higher more staff or arrange appointments.
Wait time is unbearable dropped off wife at 9am thinking it should be faster. I am still here in the parking lot and it's 11 freaking 30 . Holy crap people!
I would give negative stars if i could. I strongly recommend refraining from going here. The receptionist is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I walked in and was immediately told, in a raised voice, that they were “fully booked.” This made no sense as there was not a single person sitting in the waiting room.
