UPDATED January 27, 2025. I don't understand the negative reviews. I have nothing but positive things to say about most of the staff I've dealt with here at Erie St. Clair Radiololgy. The ladies in administration are awesome. Lina in particular is extremely personable and patient over the phone while trying coordinate ultrasound and x-ray appointments. Just called for an app. Dec30,25-Extremely rude reception…. Few month ago I called for my pregnant wife.. they hung up on me few times ..today,, I called .. She’s made me feel I’m bagging from her ...”go some where else!!!!” . She didn’t even try to give me an app .. Even though.. I’m paying cash for the test . They don’t care .. I know it’s privately owned .. I hope they will see this review. Your employees need some humane ethics.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Ultrasound and Care I had a very good experience at this clinic. While a trainee initially performed my ultrasound, the doctor quickly stepped in and completed the scan professionally and carefully. The doctor was highly skilled, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. I truly appreciate the care and dedication, and I highly recommend this clinic.
This review is for the Walker Road location. The receptionists and other Techs have been wonderful, and management immediately responded to my direct feedback. Although, their intern student did reveal the gender of my baby accidentally before my husband came into the room, but that’s another story. I’ve had two ultrasounds with the same younger, thin, blonde tech who works in the exam room to the far right, and both experiences were extremely unpleasant. The receptionists I have spoken to have been so kind, patient and understanding with my health concerns and my desire to have my appointment as soon as possible. I am a cancer survivor and the doctor has ordered tests because I have symptoms. Natutally I feel a bit scaredI! I did not tell the receptionists any details only that I wish I could have sooner.
