They "accept" walk in for x-ray, and when you go there hours prior to end of program they do not take patients anymore because "they reach capacity"???? Capacity of what, with no one in the waiting room!! So no consideration or respect for patients!
It was my first time at the clinic today. I immediately noticed a woman in the background working at 100 miles a minute. I gave her a quick compliment, not realizing that it would be the same individual that would later assist me in booking and then rebooking my ultrasound. I have a busy calendar this summer. Extremely busy ! I just wanted to take a minute and express an enormous thank you to Jen C !! Very much appreciated! Clearly, you’re working with a high degree of efficiency!
Whoever picked up the phone was very condescending. Called to ask about booking a scan and she automatically answered under the assumption that I'm trying to "bounce around" between clinics.
Great experience in and out for an X ray in 20 minutes.
