Just wanted to share my experience with the phone service. I called this morning and the young woman who answered was very helpful and called me back to clarify an issue I had inquired about. She had outstanding customer skills. I wanted to commend her to admin because she was so helpful and capable! Things must have changed since the negative feedback I read from earlier. Very personable young person!!!

Does anyone who work at Erie Shores know that the Urgent Care calendar is wrong and it’s impossible to book an appointment? The days, calendar dates and times are not aligned For example, Thursday March 4, 2024 8AM - 5 PM in Kingsville. First of all, March 4th is a Monday Secondly, since it’s a Monday, it’s probably not an after hours date Third point is that it is probably meant to be a Saturday date which would be March 2nd or 9th.
