What an excellent team! We are patients of Dr Heys but this week I had an appointment at the Leamington facility with a NP by the name of Heather, who was amazing. Heather truly listened to the issue I was having, took her time with me and gave me some great advice. Truly thankful we are patients of this team!!
Dr Taylor is wonderful. She will take the time you need to discuss concerns and she always follows through with whatever procedures are necessary. Also, the front staff are very good to deal with. It’s easy to get through right away to reach someone and they do their best to set your appointment according to your need.
I have to give a big rave to Dr Hesselbarth and the medical admin team at ESFHT. I have been having the WORST time with morning sickness and each time I call to sob or ask for help they are quick to get me answers and suggestions and are always there to listen to me in my groggy, sick state. I have just recently become a patient of the ESFHT and they have been amazing. It is so greatly appreciated
Horrible treatment by "so called answer service" not even my Dr's office. Horrible np covering yet again for family dr who never seems to be in. On meds for long period of time. Who is np whom I've never met,think she is questioning medications she knows nothing about, let alone about my health. Med as needed 4 times daily, called in last week and she will call me" fri?
