Wonderful dr and staff!! Actually enjoy going there
the doctors ive seen dont really seem to care about ur concerns or even listen to u at all, they will call u 45 minutes before they close and leave a voice mail, then when u call back u realise that they apparently dont answer phones for the last 45 minutes that theyre open, why even call and tell me to call back if i cant, ur calling me durring work hours of which i cant even call u back at any time because ur open and closed durring my shift every day. the doctors gave me absolutely no information about prep for appointmen... read more
Care is excellent - admin and phone system is horrible - blood pressure already up before I walk in the door. Tried to get an urgent care appointment for 20 minutes this morning and their phone system will not handle the volume of calls and answers, plays music for 10 seconds, then hangs up on me - every single time.
