Be careful! Services was extremely poor! When I was scheduling my initial appointment, I was asked if I preferred an in person or virtual appointment. I chose a specific appointment time because it was in person. Then I was informed the day of the appointment that my appointment was virtual because they were no longer doing in person appointments. Very easy to schedule appointments and the online video chats save the day when you’re not able to leave the house. Beautiful office and very inviting and professional Psychiatrist. Going through two broken arms at the moment and having this resource so close to home in beautiful downtown Erie is very helpful. She listens and gives mindful, to the point feedback. Very fortunate to have found this office.
I would NOT recommend Allie. After one meeting our child begged us not to returned. She was snippy, talks over you, belittled both my child and my spouse, and reminded us multiple times what insurance covered which we weren't worried about. The entire appointment was a complete waste of time. I hope it was just a bad day but she made things harder for our child to trust the evaluation process. Very disappointing!
Allie is attentive, kind, and collaborative. She understands adult ADHD and has been a lot more receptive to my concerns and experiences than multiple of my previous providers. Her office assistants are friendly and helpful as well!
